4.3ounceKnorr pasta sides (I used the Chicken Fettucine variety)

1tablespoonbutter
Instructions
Combine the dry pasta and its seasonings with water and butter in the insert pot of the Instant Pot. Stir.
Cook at high pressure for 4 minutes, then allow a 10 minute natural release of pressure before performing a quick release of remaining pressure.
Once the pressure has released and the valve has dropped, carefully open the lid. Stir the pasta well, then allow it to cool for a few minutes (the sauce will thicken as it cools). Serve warm.
Notes
You'll notice this technique requires less water than is called for on the package--that's because there's less evaporation when pressure cooking, so less water is needed.
You can bulk up this side into a main dish by adding diced boneless skinless chicken breasts and frozen veggies, and the cook time will remain the same.
