1cupThousand Island dressingplus more for dipping, if desired
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, sprinkling it with Montreal Steak seasoning and breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease from the beef, then set aside.
Lay tortillas out on a work surface. Spread whipped cream cheese spread over the tortillas.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the cream cheese on the tortillas.
Evenly spread the ground beef over the cheese mixture, followed by the shredded lettuce.
Sprinkle diced pickles over the lettuce, then drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the toppings.
Tightly roll the tortillas up, being careful to keep the filling inside. Wrap each tortilla well in aluminum foil, then allow to chill for at least an hour.
Remove from refrigerator and unwrap the tortillas. Slice off the uneven ends to discard. Continue slicing into 1-inch rolls.
Serve cold, with additional Thousand Island dressing for dipping, if desired.
Notes
Feel free to use more or less of different toppings, if desired. These are easily customized!
These should be kept refrigerated until serving, and any leftovers should also be refrigerated.
