Cranberry Boursin Dip

Chrysti Benner
Combining sweet and tart cranberry sauce with a creamy garlic and herb cheese spread creates a dip with the perfect flavor pairing for the holidays. Serve with crackers, crostini, sliced baguette, or pita chips.

Ingredients

  • 5.3 ounce Boursin Cheese (Garlic and Fine Herbs variety), at room temperature
  • 2 ounce cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  • Combine Boursin cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream in a food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
  • Scoop cheese mixture out into a serving bowl, then spoon cranberry sauce over the cheese.
  • Serve with dippers of choice, such as sliced baguette, crostini, bagel chips, crackers, etc.

Notes

  • I used homemade whole berry cranberry sauce, but you could use canned cranberry sauce or jarred cranberry chutney.
  • Feel free to double the recipe if serving a larger crowd.
  • I serve this chilled or at room temperature, but you could also warm the cheese mixture in the oven before topping with cranberry sauce, if you prefer a hot dip.
