Chrysti Benner
These rich and fudgy brownies are a cinch to make, thanks to a box of brownie mix and instant pudding mix!

Ingredients

  • 18-20 ounce double chocolate brownie mix
  • 3.9 ounce instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325F and grease an 8x8" baking dish.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. With a spatula or wooden spoon, mix the ingredients together until fully incorporated.
  • Pour batter into prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 39-43 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • These brownies are thick, moist, and cake-like.
  • Feel free to add some chocolate chips to the batter if you'd like--you can mix them into the batter or simply sprinkle them over the top of the batter before baking.
  • Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days.
  • I prefer to use Ghirardelli brownie mix or Aldi's Specially Selected brownie mix.
