Once fall arrives, there’s just something about pumpkin cookies that makes you feel cozy.
Pumpkin is one of my favorite ingredients for fall baking because it pairs so well with a variety of other flavors.
Aside from cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin is also delicious with chocolate chips, butterscotch, cream cheese, maple, caramel, oatmeal, and plenty of other additions.
Cookies are also one of the easiest treats to make for fall because they work for just about any occasion. You can make a batch for an after-school treat, bring a plate to a church gathering or fall potluck, or add them to a dessert tray for Halloween or Thanksgiving.
