What is Dream Whip?
Dream Whip is a versatile powdered dessert topping mix that has been a staple in kitchens for decades.
It can be used to create a whipped topping, similar in texture to homemade whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Beyond that, it’s loved for its ability to transform simple desserts into creamy, dreamy creations.
In this cake recipe made with Dream Whip and pudding mix, the Dream Whip powder is used in both the cake and the frosting.
It helps create a fluffy, tender cake and makes the frosting silky smooth and fluffy.

Notes and Adaptations:
- I used chocolate pudding mix for the frosting, but you could use a different variety if you’d like (vanilla, butterscotch, pistachio, lemon, etc. would be tasty options!).
