How to Make Easy Pistachio Sheet Cake from a Mix
It’s really easy to make this tasty dessert.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
FOR THE CAKE:
- White Cake Mix
- Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
- Dream Whip Mix
- Eggs
- Eater
- Vegetable Oil
- Almond Extract
FOR THE FROSTING:
- Milk
- Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
- Dream Whip mix

How to Make It:

Prepare the cake mix. First, you’ll combine cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, Dream Whip mix, eggs, water, vegetable oil, and almond extract.
Mix on low speed for about 30 seconds, then scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Increase speed to medium-high and beat for 2 minutes.

Bake the cake. Next, you’ll pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 25-28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.

Prepare the frosting. Next, you’ll prepare frosting by combining milk, pistachio pudding mix, and Dream Whip mix in a mixing bowl.
Use an electric mixer to mix on low speed until combined, then scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Beat on high speed for about 4-6 minutes, or until frosting is fluffy and soft peaks form.

Frost the cake. Last, you’ll spread frosting over cooled cake.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes and Adaptations:
- If not serving immediately, refrigerate the cake. Leftover cake should also be refrigerated.
- You can use a 13.25-oz or 15.25-oz white cake mix, depending on what’s available in your local stores.

Ingredients
For the Cake:
- 15.25-oz white cake mix
- 3.4-oz instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 packet of Dream Whip mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 3.4-oz instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 packet of Dream Whip mix
