Busy mornings seem to be the norm around here, but the last thing I want to do is send everyone out without a decent breakfast to fuel their day.
Quick and easy-to-make breakfasts are a necessity and once again, it’s the air fryer to the rescue.
Air fryer frozen french toast sticks cook quickly. We’re talking 6 minutes from freezer to plate! I’m not even sure I can prepare a bowl of cereal that fast. 😉
It may be going out on a limb to say that the air fryer is magical, but it sure is a time saver and so much faster than baking french toast sticks in the oven.
Making frozen french toast sticks in the air fryer gives them the perfect texture, too!
This is one of those foods nobody in my family complains about, so it’s a total win in my book!

Load the air fryer. First, you’ll add frozen french toast sticks to the basket of your air fryer.

Cook the french toast sticks. Next, you’ll select a temperature of 400F and a cook time of 6 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, flip the french toast with tongs.

Serve. Last, you’ll remove from air fryer and dust with powdered sugar if desired, then serve warm with fresh fruit or syrup.

Notes and Adaptations:
- The number of french toast sticks you can fit in your air fryer may vary, depending on the size of the basket. I can easily fit 10 at a time, but you may be able to fit more or less.
- If you want to make fewer french toast sticks, the cook time and temperature will stay the same.

Recommended Equipment:
