How to Cook Frozen Cauliflower Wings In The Air Fryer
It’s really easy to make air fryer frozen cauliflower wings.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Frozen cauliflower wings (such as Birdseye brand)

How to Make It:

Prepare the equipment. First, you’ll preheat the air fryer to 400F. Remove the sauce pouch from the package and set it aside in a dish of warm water to thaw.
Add the wings. Next, you’ll add the cauliflower wings to the basket, trying to keep them in a single layer as much as possible.

Cook the wings. Then, you’ll cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time (at 6 minutes).

Add the sauce and serve. Last, you’ll remove cauliflower wings to a bowl and toss them with sauce. Serve and enjoy!

It's a cinch to cook Birdseye frozen cauliflower wings in your air fryer! They make a great side dish, appetizer, or you can even make a meal out of them.
Ingredients
- 13.5-oz package of frozen cauliflower wings, such as Birdseye brand
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400F. Remove sauce pouch from package and set aside in a dish of warm water to thaw.
- When air fryer is preheated, add cauliflower wings to the basket, trying to keep them in a single layer as much as possible.
- Cook for 12 minutres, shaking the basket halfway through the cook time (at 6 minutes).
- When cook time is complete, remove cauliflower wings to a bowl and toss with sauce, or serve on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
