The Secret to 7-Up Biscuits

What sets these biscuits apart is the addition of 7-Up (or any lemon-lime soda of your choice).

This unexpected ingredient adds a subtle sweetness. The soda also helps to lighten the texture of the biscuits, making them even more tender and airy.

Using 7-Up in this recipe is not only a fun twist, but it also adds a bit of nostalgia to the baking process.

I love the idea of incorporating a beloved soda into a classic recipe like biscuits – it’s a simple way to add a touch of whimsy to your meal.

These easy 7-Up biscuits with Bisquick are perfect for any occasion, whether you’re serving them as a side dish for a family dinner or as a special treat for brunch.

They’re so light and fluffy, with a slightly crispy exterior that pairs perfectly with a pat of butter or a dollop of jam.

Plus, they’re incredibly easy to make, so you can enjoy homemade biscuits without a lot of effort.

I cut mine into squares or rectangles so I don’t have to re-roll the dough scraps, but you can cut them into round biscuits if you prefer!
