There’s nothing like enjoying a fresh, ripe peach in the height of summer.

With sticky juices dripping down your wrist as you enjoy the tender, sweet fruit, it’s no surprise that this seasonal fruit has long been a favorite.

Not only that, but you can make loads of additional treats using fresh peaches!

From peach bread to deep-dish peach pie to no-peel peach jam, there’s no shortage of options.

As I’ve been experimenting with different flavors of Ninja Creami recipes, I knew I needed to make a Ninja Creami fresh peach sorbet.

The result was simply fantastic! It was the perfect amount of sweetness, with the fresh peach flavor really shining through.

Ninja Creami Peach Sorbet with Fresh Peaches

Fresh peaches are the star of the show in this recipe, so try to get the ripest, juiciest ones you can.

It’s okay if one peach is a little lackluster (go ahead and throw in that somewhat mealy peach). But make sure you have some good ones in there.

Best of all, you don’t have to peel the peaches first! Skip that time-consuming step.

You’ll need to pit and slice the peaches, but that’s it!

It’s up to you how you want to sweeten the sorbet. I prefer to use either granulated sugar or monk fruit sweetener.

Adding a little citrus juice to the mix helps to enhance the flavor, but you can leave it out if you don’t have any on hand.

So simple, yet so delicious!

Notes and Adaptations:

  • You’ll need about 4-5 medium peaches. If you have large peaches, you can probably get away with just 3-4. For smaller peaches, you may need 5-6.
  • The amount of sweetener needed will depend on the sweetness of your peaches. I recommend starting with 1/4 cup, then tasting the blended mixture. If it’s not quite sweet enough, add another tablespoon or two and blend again.
  • The use of orange juice or lemon juice brightens the flavor a bit, but it isn’t absolutely necessary. Feel free to omit if you don’t have it on hand.
  • If you don’t have fresh peaches on hand, you can make canned peach sorbet in the Ninja Creami.

Hi Jenn! I haven’t personally tried it, but I think that should work fine! I’m not sure how much you would need, so you may have to adjust it a bit to taste. Enjoy! 🙂
